Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Flip Duel Card Battle account and all associated data, please send us an email.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to muniversestudio@gmail.com with the following information:

Subject: Account Deletion Request - Flip Duel
Body: The Google account email address you used to sign in (if applicable), and your in-game display name / username

For deletion, contact us at muniversestudio@gmail.com

We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm via email once complete.

What Data Gets Deleted

Data Type	Action
Firebase Authentication account	Permanently deleted
Display name / username	Permanently deleted
Card collection & deck data	Permanently deleted
Match history & rank (ELO/MMR)	Permanently deleted
Leaderboard entries	Permanently removed
Aggregated analytics	Retained (anonymous, not linked to your identity)
Anti-cheat / abuse logs	Retained for up to 12 months (anonymized) for service integrity

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your card collection, decks, rank progress, and match history will be lost. You will lose your position on leaderboards and any earned rewards.
