These Terms govern your use of Electricity Tycoon, developed by Muniverse Studio. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Bu Şartlar, Muniverse Studio tarafından geliştirilen Electricity Tycoon oyununun kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu yükleyerek veya oynayarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen oyunu kullanma.
Electricity Tycoon is free to play. It shows ads provided by Google AdMob and offers optional in-app purchases. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose when to watch one.
Electricity Tycoon ücretsiz oynanır. Google AdMob tarafından sağlanan reklamlar gösterir ve isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın almalar sunar. Ödüllü reklamlar her zaman isteğe bağlıdır: ne zaman izleyeceğine sen karar verirsin.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian should review these Terms and approve any purchase.

You can play anonymously or sign in with a Google account to back up your progress to the cloud. Progress that is not backed up is stored only on your device and may be lost if the app is removed or the device is lost. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time on the Account Deletion page or by email.

In-game money, energy, equipment and other game items have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold, or transferred to other players. Game values (prices, production, balance) may change in updates to keep the game fair and fun.

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Premium items (VIP Pass, Power Boost, Iron Frame, Auto Sell and the Mega Bundle) are permanent, remain after prestige, and are linked to the Google account used to buy them; they can be restored through Google Play. Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

All game content — art, characters, story, text, sound and code — belongs to Muniverse Studio. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for non-commercial purposes.
Oyunun tüm içeriği — görseller, karakterler, hikâye, metinler, sesler ve kod — Muniverse Studio'ya aittir. Sana oyunu ticari olmayan amaçlarla oynaman için kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verilir.
We may update, change or discontinue the game or any of its features. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do our best to keep the game and cloud services available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Muniverse Studio is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of game progress. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you live elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply to you.
Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Başka bir ülkede yaşıyorsan, yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları senin için de geçerlidir.
We may update these Terms. Changes will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
